Robot automation
Mesken Haule supplies complete robot automation solutions, with a strong focus on robot palletizing.
We design and deliver full pallet handling lines for the automatic stacking of bales. In partnership with FANUC, we provide systems that stack pallets quickly, reliably and accurately. Depending on your process, we can supply pallet dispensers, roller conveyors, pallet shuttles, pallet wrappers and stretch hood machines.
Our innovative HEMEsoft software makes it easy for operators to control the system and program the exact bale positioning on the pallet.
Wrappers
We have developed bundling machines for collecting and stacking bales efficiently. These machines bundle bales in plastic, after which they can be palletized by a separate robot.
The bales are transported directly from the baler to the bundling machine. The robot then picks them up and places them in the ring wrapper. Once the stacking process is complete, the bundle is automatically wrapped and sealed.
One bundling machine can handle multiple bale sizes and stacking patterns. The robot is easy to operate and simple to program.
