Flat film sealers (FFS)

Since there is an enormous price difference between foil and pre-shaped bags, all the Mesken-Haule packaging machines are fitted with equipment using flat foil. This is an extremely economic and efficient way of packaging and guarantees a high level of continuity of production.
Foil is easy to obtain in every width, thickness and composition.

All manners of printing can be used for foil: ranging from a simple printed name to a really good-looking 8-colour imprint.

You get a final product that looks well finished-off and professional.
And not just that: this economic method of packaging leads to considerable savings on labour costs.

All baling machines are equipped with a flat foil seal device. We do sell our sealer separatly.
