Robot wrappers

We have developed bundling machines for collecting and stacking bales. With these machines, bales can be bundled in plastic and then palletized (by a different robot).

Double ringwrapper with two robots

Bales are transported directly from the press to the bundle machine, picked up by the robot and placed in the ring wrapper. When the robot has finished stacking, the bundle is automatically wrapped and sealed.

Multiple balesizes and stacking patterns are possible for a single bundling machine. Operation and programming of the robot is an easy job.

Capacity: 10-25 bales per minute.
